Any Road/constructon delays enroute to Mass rally???

Does anyone know of any road construction enroute to the mass rally.
I will be coming from Northern NJ. thru Conn.

In 1999, W500 Gary and I got stuck in VERY HEAVY construction traffic on Route 84 in Hartford and almost missed the rally.

I know it has been 3 years, but is that work still going on?? If it was in NJ it would last a decade.
