Sean, nearly all ferds drive that way, new or otherwise. Go rent yourself a 2003 Ram quad and hang on! Snappy, responsive and handles nice too. "Car-like" refers to fit and finish, quietness and ride quality. Unfortunately gm and ferd trucks ride and respond like gm and ferd cars. Fortunately Dodge trucks are getting more like the Viper (SRT-10 anyone?) ha!ha!
