locking hubs for Dana 60's

I've got a 75 Power Wagon running a 440, 4 speed, 38" tires, and 1978 front and rear locked Dana 60's. The front axle was originally a full time axle but was converted to part time by adding a set of MileMarker Selectro external hubs. The only problem is that I've snapped 4 hubs within a year on my way through various mud pits. The hubs don't last very long!

As far as I know, MileMarker is the only company that makes hubs for that axle. Does anyone have any ideas or know something that I don't??? Thanks-
