It is an earlier one {pre '67 at least} judging by the low headlights, the oldest one Iv'e worked on was a '67 and it had high headlights. It does look like it has a winch, the bottom of the front fender splits the bumper, the trucks w/o winch has the top of the bumper almost even with the bottom of the fender.
