M-37 sighting??

I think I found an M-37 just kind of parked at an industrial business off the freeway its been sitting there for months. its red and has a tiny rear window and i belive it has a two pane windshield with a divider strip down the center. I'll probably go talk to them about it tomorrow, anyone interested? Like I said i'm not SURE it's an M-37 but it looked like it from the freeway. are there any features you guys could tell me in specific to look for to identify it? Thanks
