A product called PB Blaster. I have found it FAR superior to WD40 for removing stubborn fasteners. I discovered it on my second antique tractor restoration and it outperforms WD40 hands down. Available at any autoparts store for about 5 bucks a can.

I have also heard good things about a product called Kroil, but I don't have any direct personal experience with it.
