these trucks appear to be C-series, T-andem axle, 4x6, (not 6x6).
CT - C series/Tandem axle
CNT - C series/diesel/tandem axle
Dont believe Dodge made any factory 4x4 (6x6), but you may find NAPCO converted to All Wheel Drive.
