Who turns input shaft down to flatfender spec?

Does anybody know where a input shaft out of a medium duty, (t34 binder) can be sent out to be resplined to 67wm300 specs, one i bought has a bus input shaft and is too big around, i want smaller like my old stuff so i donot give my money to the swapman. I would like to have the spline heattreated but I donot know if this is needed. Anyplace in the United States do this.. I guess they could cut my old shaft off and submerge arc weld the new one on if i can not find a respiner for the International. Any comments appreciated, i bought my transmission out of a bus, for $350, how much will a shop charge me to redo the input shaft to flatfender splines, length, o.d.?
