Swivel Frame

Does anyone know how many swivel frames were built? Was the only company converting them the one in Toronto? Another one turned up here in Vancouver, BC. This'll make you a little jealous...the fellow that owns it had it given to him a few weeks ago! Apparently it's a clean original but a tree fell on the cab so the guy's looking for a nice B series Cab for it. Anyone know of one?
