why don't you post the tilte sans your address to the site, maybe someone here can tell you what is wrong with it, it might just be something simple hopefully! If not better hire an attorney, can they take/seize it under Florida law if papers don't match? in texas you can apply to the county tax collector, swear out an ownership statement, pay taxes on it and be issued a clear title, but it takes time, attorney fees, some county tax people are not aware of this. We used to get this type of title problem in the dodge dealership where i worked. The county or city, fire department, civil defense etc, would have a surplus sale and just give a bill of sale due to the fact that the vehicle was state owned and never got the title from the surplus center in waco, sometimes we found titles in strange places on the trucks, under seats but in the frame, etc. Good luck, hope somebody can read your problem off of post if you have scanner.
