PW Ambulance in Spain

I received a note from Spain requesting information about the Power Wagon ambulance in the picture. I have an ad of a Stewart Ambulance from the 55 Special Equipment manual but the fenders are different.

Please, I´m an military modeler from Spain, and I´d like to build all kind of ambulances what have had the Marines Spanish Corps. For that I´m looking for information about a model of Dodge ambulance what served in this military unit around seventy decade. I wonder if you can help me. I would be grateful for any information.
