Tires For My '47 WDX

What type of tires should I get for my Power Wagon? Prefer radials and all terrain but what size, brand and type of tube? Should I consider the old 9:00 x 16's in a bias tire? Rather than all terrain would a more aggressive off road tire be more appropiate?(Am not a rock hopper but would expect to have some moderate off road use). What about changing rims? Where's a good place to buy tires by mail?
