Synthetic lubricants

Are the gurus here interested in powering their trucks with synthetics? I Converted my crane and my dually (yep it's DODGE...is there anything else?) to synthetic lubes...the performance is notable and the protection has already been tested when the crane tranny developed a leak....lost a lot of oil and still no problem. Was wondering what you guys think about it in the PW's
