Fletch, Thanx for thinking about us. I've been off the net since our evacuation on Mon. 06/17. We're safe in Colorado Springs, but are still in limbo as to status of our home. The answering machine no longer picks up when we call, but its likely that power is out all over that area. We've had conflicting reports from radio news and the US Forest Service. I've never been too trusting of EITHER AM-radio or our Federal Agencies!!! However in this case, I'll choose to stick with the USFS who are putting a tremendous effort towards managing this unpredictable thing. Todays assessment reports are up to 95 structures lost, some of which are verified within 2 miles of us. The weather and winds are cooperating today. Cross your fingers, we should find out at tonight's nightly meeting at the High School gym in Woodland Park. The best websites are from the counties involved (Teller, Jefferson, Douglas, El Paso), from the USFS (search for Pike Natl. Forest), and from thedenverchannel (DENVER TV 7). Pinecam.com is great also, but you have to sift through a lot of very local personal info. I'll get back when I can, Bruce
