WTB: M37 or PW transfer case (transplant into 1/2 ton)

I would like to purchase an M37 or PW transfer case
with all of the levers, rods and yokes. My latest idea
is to replace my 11/2 tons single speed transfer with
a dual transfer.

Anyone have a parts truck with this unit for sale cheap?

Also, anyone out there who did this conversion please respond with any info on how the surgery went. Any problems/issues .

Do the 1/2 ton axles bolt up to the dual transfer O.K. Shortening of the rear shaft?
