That was me that made the suggestion of not sitting on the fender. And while the fender is plenty stout, I do try to avoid the practice, At that moment, I didn't want you sitting on MY fender! I could just picture somebody falling off GUS while he was loaded on the trailer...not to mention concern for GUS's pristine original paint! ;^)
