can I put 2 pto's on tranny ?

The trans in my flat fender has a pto on the drivers side to run the winch, it also has a plate on the passenger side that looks like I could bolt on a second pto, if it will clear the drive shaft, or is that just an inspection cover ?
This is all leading up to putting a hydraulic pump on the truck with hook up's on the rear to run some recently aquired equipment.
