look at the pics of glenn reids truck. the intake manifold bolt holes have been completely drilled through from the bottom. this technique enables you to run a threaded rod or a long bolt and sandwich the two manifolds together. depending on threads holding in cast iron is not as strong as the thru bolt method. any drawbacks???? anyone else done this???
