You have the same heads I have, so, you probably have the following: Exhaust valves: sodium filled stems with stellite face and positive rotators, 1.50 diameter heads, .433" stems, 5.67" long, and hardened inserts; Intake valves: solid stems, 1.88" diameter heads, .372" stems, 5.67" long. Both in and ex have replaceable guides. This is the same head used on the 361 truck engine, and is a heavy duty setup. The compression ratio is about 7.5:1. The ex manifolds are CC#2264192, and hard as hell to find. Also, the water pump is way bigger than a 440, and mounted higher, making a big fan hard to fit in some re-powers (I couldn't go over 18" on my W300). Rob
