Perkins Diesel

I found a 4 cylinder Perkins turbo diesel in a local salvage yard. Still crated up and looks new. These are the numbers off the engine tag. Would this fit in M37 or PW. I think the length would be OK but it is very tall.
Three sets of numbers First is 5616/2200
Next is List No. AQ50634, and finally
Serial No. *U865772C*
