MASH Special Last Night - Ambulance??

Did anyone else watch the 30th Anniversary M*A*S*H speical on Fox last night.
Behind the cast was a very unusual Dodge Ambulance. It wasn't the WC-54 that was used in the series. It appeared to be a WC with a 50's model Delivery / Milk style body, complete with sliding drivers door etc.

Anyone know the history behind this Ambulance??
