There are a lot of folks who look at the prices and unless it says something like negotiable, asking, or best offer, then we tend to pass and move on to something with a more realistic price, rather than waste time on folks on a fishing expedition.
I figure when I see a $6500 truck that has a price of $11,000 that they buyer would not consider knocking off more that 10% anyway.
So what should we do? Call up and annoy someone who really thinks their truck is worth $11,000 by offering $6500?
