This bill has passed both the Ass. (appropriate abreviation!) and the Senate, and is headed for committee, then on to the desk of Gov. Grey-out Davis for his signature. With a liberal democrat majority in the state assembly, senate and governor's office, there is not much hope,...unless Russia invades and turns Kalifornia back into a democracy. Ironic isn't it??? The former soviet union is now more free market orientated than our most populous state???
