The absolute number is not really important, the variance between the cylinders is the important item. If they are within a few PSI, that's excellant, if you have 6 at 135 and one at 100 and one at 40, then you have some things to go fix...All within 10% is pretty good.
The absolute number can be affected by altitude, carb opening, temperature, etc, etc, but they all should be affected the same.
