W300 PTO shifter

Can someone tell me where the factory location for the PTO shifter is on a '68 W300? I have the PTO and the winch, am looking for the frame extensions and bumper. I want the installation to be as close to factory as possible. Also is the PTO shifted by a lever on the floor or by a knob/cable mounted on the dash? Thanks Jerry Henry
