The large felt seal is readily available from the guys at Vintage Power Wagons. You just need to save the retainer and retainer spring if yourfelt is shot. Don't forget the smaller felt pad that goes under the lower rectangular retainer where the two sides of the large round seal come together.

In my experience, you can use emory paper to free the ball of surface rust. Others can advise you about how to deal with large pits.

A bearing puller should remove the stuck race. If it's shot anyway, maybe cut it off with a rotary tool. VPWs has everything you need and is great to deal with. NAPA doesn't usually have these parts, but you can try asking for parts for a '68 WM300, because the axles are the same. Gordon Maney puts out a great service manual for the front and rear axle, transfer case, etc. Good Luck!
