The 273/318/340 use a different oil pan than the 360. The 360 uses different size main bearings and the rear cap shape is different. I believe the radius at the rear on the pan is the most visible difference, but you'd probably need to have them side-by-side to see the difference. This applies to non-Magnum engines, but might be valid for them also.
