Centered rear vs. offset

I know I asked this a few days ago but now I have a variation. I thought I would switch to centered but then I would have my differentials each in a different location. Wouldn't this configuration not be as ideal to 4-wheeling? What do you guys think. While we are at it and I have the differential out how many teeth on the ring gear would there be on a 5.83 and how many on 4.89? Thanks as always
