It is a fairly straightforward change, and does reduce noise and transfer case temperature.
The only problem I am aware of is on the M37 for clearance. The centered output is higher on the transfer case than the normal output. There is a crossmember that appears to be a bit close for comfort at full articulation on the M37. The PW is longer, so this may or may not be a factor. I'd suggest contacting Ray Suiter at Helitool.
