yes the winch looked good and so did the rims tires were dry rotted. poss a few other items could be used . snow plow looked ok. Call him up and see what he would take for it might be worth the trip for you for some parts! Has a lot of under carrage rot not driveable with that frame! good luck but 2 grand is way too much I saw it in person!
