Firewall holes WHICH ones not to weld?

Will be starting on my firewall pretty soon after taking cab off and would like to know which holes to leave open? The heater was gone when I bought the 46 and the 4 bolt on the 53 is not the same.
Also would like to hear from any other trucks in the CT. area and if you like to get together for a few hours and talk about PW's.
