Check the set screw on the PTO shift fork. Mine came out after installation and the PTO engaged on it's own. disaster was averted because the winch dog clutch was disengaged. I reinstalled my set screw with red loctite just to be sure. Takes a real long T-handled allen wrench to get to it.
