Ok heres the scoup!! You must pull the water pump of first. Then look in the half moom shape hole in the block. It goes straight back to the end of the block.It is made out of light steel. Its purpose is to direct water up to the cylinder head. When I had overheating trouble with my 230. Thats what is was.It wasnt even there. I got mine from VPW.Hope this helps. Bill
