318 to NP420 bellhousing

I've decided to buy a 59 D100 with a 318 for parts. (It has the 3 speed bellhousing)
I figure the 318 has many more benifits over the flathead and it should even be cheaper to build.
I also plan on towing a heavy river boat with it.
Any body have the NP420 bellhousing for sale?
