Question on Dual rims

I was wondering to put Dual Rims on the back of my Power Wagon could I just turn an extra rim around, together with a rim put on the regular way and use the same studs or do I have to buy longer ones and maybe some spacers.........or....have a different set of rims altogether.....might be a dumb one but thought i would ask, thanks
