Brake question

Symptoms: Pedal goes to the floor. Master cylinder bone dry. No visible exterior leaks around the master or the back of the wheel cylinders. Haven't pulled the drums yet. I replaced a leaking cylinder a few months ago, inspected the others and rebuilt the master after this happened before. Truck has sat for a few months. What is happening just sitting there?
I'm sure I can get it going again, but I'm tired of "fixing" it again and again. It's a '61 WM300.
I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
