This garbage has been circulating for about a month on various other web sites. The bottom line is a bunch of goons have been playing Dukes of Hazard with these government trucks and tearing them up. Sounds more like a case of poor supervision than a problem with Dodge. These were all motor pool vehicles driven by several different drivers, one or more of whom apparently have a mental defect.
