Thanks to all that replied, I am not new to building 4 wheel dives or hotrods, I just love the looks of the old power wagons and think it would be fun to have a hauler like that, I am not planning on going too much horsepower but I do not want to break the axles either, I would love to have the W350 drivetrain but I think the Cummins would be too long for the nose, I do not want to go with a real wide block either. The problem lies in having to cut up the body more than I have to. Fortunately have the flat six helps with nose length. I may endup going with the driveteain from a 318 or 360 injected Dodge late model. But I will see when the time comes when I take purchase of it. I know I will have more questions for the WC guru's!! thanks again. Hey Kieth what part of wahington are you located?
