Hi Kenneth,
Yes, if you have Warn hubs, you have to pull the cap off the hub and remove the outer bearing and retaining nuts (2). If you don't have Warn hubs, you still have to remove the snap rings and double nut and outer wheel bearing. Then the drum will come right off.
