Michelin XZL 9.00 X 16 Radial Tires

Has anybody ever heard of these tires? My tire guy has a line on two hundred. He brought one in so I could look at it and it isn't the same as the 11.00 X 16 XLs. It is similar but not directional. They are 8 ply and look like they would be a great tire.
He let me take it so I could take a picture if that would help?
I called three Michelin tire places and none of them had heard of them.
Have I found something here or are these readlily available and I just hadn't ever heard of them?
My tire guy says $165.00 a piece. I told him to give me a package deal just in case there were a lot interested.
