Advice on shipping transmission

I need to ship an NV4500 transmission w/ bellhousing and fly wheel from ROCHESTER ILL 62563 to the SF Bay Area. I am guessing this will be around 300 pounds with a pallet, does that sound close?

CCX is aproximately $200.
I am getting a quote from Forward Air.

Are there any other recommendations? Are any of the local (to this forum) shippers able to add this to a load?
