Randy these tailgates were used
on many different models, but to
my knowledge it will only work
on the 3rd ser. powerwagon bed.
I only payed $175.00 for the tailgate on my 68 WM300
and it was NOS perfect, I guess
their getting harder to find, but
$400.00 and change seems high.
