Found-WC-26 Carryall

I found a WC-26 Carryall that is original.It needs brakes and it runs ruff.The body is very straight with no rust.It is missing the rear seat.All glass is good.It has no head liner.the rear tail gate and upper part is perfect.It had a radio put in the middle of the dash.The floor is in very good shape no rot.The guy said to make him an offer.He said he wants to get rid of it.I need to know what it is worth so I can make him a fair offer.
