The best battery I have found is the Optima. 8 year warantee, no acid (gel cell) 1100+ cranking amps, it will run off road lights, electric winches and just about anything else. I left my radio playing (long story) for a week once, it started right up! My first Optima is now 9 years old and starts like a champ after sitting for weeks at a time. They make "red tops" and "yellow tops" (yellow for deep cycle RV applications) th ered top works just fine for our trucks.
