OK more dumb questions.....

I am gonna go check out the 2 PW's I found last week. What do the levers do inside the cab. Obviously the gear shifter but what are the other levers for? I want to make sure I can get into neutral and so forth before I show up with the trailer and find a problem.
What order are they in from left to right.

I figure one is hi/low range and the others could be PTO and E Brake?

Also is the compression low enough on a 230 to turn by hand? First thing to look at is if the motor is stuck.
