From the Hollister Hills trails we scouted last Sunday. The panoramic 360 degree view at 2600 ft was spectacular (took 2 hours to get to it). I'll bet the guys trail riding in Colorado could put us to Shame though :) Watching Randy take a mud bogg was astounding! The look on his face after discovering he did it in 2WD was even better (we might have captured it on film but he may be sensoring it)! We actually managed to squeeze in a Rally Event volunteers meeting on the Trails and got some business accomplished. We are very greatfull to everyone who has assisted with the Rally (in any way... even if just passing the word to those not visiting the forum)) so far and particularly to the companies (for the most part owned & operated by Power Wagon nuts) that are donating some really nice products or gift certificates that will make Saturday evening very FUN! Everyone will be VERY surprised at what a $2 raffle ticket might get you :) We are approaching a large enough number of registrations to have the Area 5 campsite location exclusive for the registered Power Wagon Rally participants :) This will be a GOOD thing! The campsites are well developed, clean, arranged for individual privacy, lots of picnic tables, and really big fire-rings. We are having a truck load of firewood brought in on Friday for everyone to share. If you have not sent in your registration YET, get busy and get it in the mail :) getting it in NOW benefits everyone ! Mike ... be there!
