Speedometer Drive gear change???

Hello Dodgers. Today I removed all the parts for the e brake off the back of the trans. Pulled the housing that holds the seal. Found the gear that drives the speedometer cable. Can I get a new gear to correct the gear ratio change that was done to the truck???? The old gear is in good condition and has a number of part numbers on it?? Any Ideas. Thanks Bill , 1942 Dodge WC3/4 ton
