and can it be repaired? lets face it
60 year old split rims are in short supply
and usually pitted like crazy from the use of water as a lubrecant. can you build them back up with a welder and grind back to proper thickness. can thay be reheated to take the warp out?
what do you mean by warp?
a seperated end, or a severe spring shape?
is there anybody repoping rings? for WC'S?
