You would get it and likely realize that you would rather have a W-200, and maybe look for a chassis to place the sheetmetal on.
Then you would probably want to title it as a W200 to insure a better value at resale.

Sorry if I seem biased, but D-series Sweptline trucks are way too plentiful. I buy them when they are cheap and convenient to get. Around here they are everywhere.

When you start putting money into it, you will ask yourself why?
