The extensions are readily available and as good or better than original through Powerwagons Plus. Dennis Sherman has them already made up and reasonably priced. Most importantly Den is a great guy and would bend over backwards to help anyone. Though you can make your own' unless your time is really free, I doubt one could do abetter job for a fair price.
